Getting started with Roadmappy

Last updated March 2026

Roadmappy automatically captures, transcribes, and analyses your customer conversations — turning calls, recordings, and CRM data into structured insights that feed directly into your product roadmap.

What Roadmappy does

After connecting your tools, Roadmappy:
  • Joins your meetings as a bot and records them automatically
  • Transcribes conversations with speaker attribution
  • Runs AI analysis to extract themes, sentiment, and action items
  • Surfaces patterns across all your customer conversations
  • Links evidence directly to roadmap initiatives

Step 1 — Sign in and create your workspace

Sign in at roadmappy.io and create your workspace. Your workspace is called a company account — it's the shared space where your team's meetings, insights, and roadmaps live.

Step 2 — Invite your team

Go to Settings → Team and invite colleagues by email. Team members join as Viewers by default. Promote them to Editor or Admin as needed.
See Invite your team for role details.

Step 3 — Connect your meeting tools

Go to Settings → Integrations and connect the tools you use:
  • Zoom — bot joins automatically and records
  • Google Meet — same automatic bot behaviour
  • Microsoft Teams — same automatic bot behaviour
  • HubSpot — syncs contacts, companies, deals, and tickets
  • Salesforce — syncs Chatter posts and events
You don't need to connect everything at once. Start with whichever tool holds most of your customer conversations.

Step 4 — Get your first meeting analysed

The fastest way to get started is to upload a recording you already have:
  1. Go to Meetings and click Upload recording
  2. Upload an MP3, MP4, or WAV file (up to 5 GB)
  3. Roadmappy transcribes and analyses it automatically — usually within a few minutes
Or connect Zoom and let the bot join your next scheduled call.

What happens next

Once meetings are processed, Roadmappy surfaces:
  • Insights — themes and patterns extracted from conversations
  • Reports — on-demand or scheduled summaries across multiple meetings
  • Trends — how topics and sentiment shift over time
  • Roadmap — initiatives backed by customer evidence
